Rules for Renting a Bike or Scooter - Prabhat Travels

The Store Timings are 8 A.M to 9 P.M and if delayed then next day rent will be applied and bikes will not be received before or after opening and closing time. And if bike is returned before the rent tenure then the rent amount will not be refunded.

ANY EXTERNAL DAMAGE MADE TO THE VEHICLE HAS TO PAID BY THE RENTER

In case of emergency, the renter asks us to return the bike before or after the opening and closing time then extra charges will be applicable i.e. 500r. Per vehicle, no matter whether you are returning the vehicle before the tenure or returning it at rented tenure.

This is to say that I am aware of the risk in biking which is organized/ provided by Prabhat Travels and their associates. in consideration of Prabhat Travels furnishing services, or bike and gears to enable me to hire bike, I agree as follows: In a result of risk in the biking activity, if I get hurt or any mishap or damage to me or my belongings, I understand that I or my family cannot make any claim or sue Prabhat Travels to be legally responsible to pay for any damage.

As per estimated time, I will return the bike or I can take grace if my hiring duration is above 7 days, I will renew this MOU and clear the previous payment otherwise legal actions can be taken against me, and will be considered as bike theft. I have carefully read and understood the above statements and agreed to this and I voluntarily sign this form as evidence of acceptance to the terms and conditions and agree to bind with them.
