1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment, as applicable.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel details during the booking process.
2. Payment Policy
- We accept payments through secure online gateways, UPI, and direct bank transfers.
- Tour prices may vary based on seasonal demand, availability, and market fluctuations.
- Any changes in pricing will be clearly communicated before confirming the booking.
3. Travel Policies & Responsibilities
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.
- Customers are expected to follow local laws, regulations, and travel guidelines at the destination.
- Prabhat Tour and Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the journey.
4. Modifications & Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Any modifications or cancellation requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable.
